中国酒　ぜひ一度お試しください贈答品や宴会にも喜ばれます。「紹興酒」は、中国南部の逝江（セッコウ）省紹興（ショウコウ）市で造られ、中国では、黄褐色のお酒であるところから、一般的に「黄酒」（ファンチュウ）と呼ばれています。このあたりの「黄酒」が銘酒であったために、日本では「紹興酒」が「黄酒」の代名詞となったようです。「紹興酒」は、おもにもち米を原料とし、醗酵の際に他の「黄酒」では見られない、米粉その他で造られた“酒薬”と呼ばれるものを添加する、独特の製法で造られます。醗酵の後、かめに入れて熟成させますが、長期間熟成させたものは「陳年紹興酒」または「老酒」（ラオチュウ）と呼ばれます。また老酒は「紹興老酒」「上海老酒」「福建老酒」のように、一般的にはその産地の名称がつけられます。アルコール分16度容量：640ml
