La calidad es increíble, la calidad de impresión, la calidad del cartón, la calidad de los envoltorios internos, viene en dos vinilos de 180 gramos.... Y la portada de esta edición es mucho mejor que la original a mi gusto....
Going on sound the vinyl sounds great, I remember grabbing this on CD going off one song Transfixion which Tool had requested on some video request show... having seen Meshuggah live many times this is still my fave album from them.. the artwork is amazing... unfortunately my vinyl was too warped to enjoy in full but over time let's hope it flattens out amongst my vast collection..
May the metal gods look down upon the plastic discs and cast a spell to flatten this beast of a record!!
bei den früheren Werken von Meshuggah fühlt man sich noch streckenweise an Metallica erinnert. Gleichwohl ist hier schon alles versammelt, was Meshuggah so einzigartig macht: die Stakkatogitarren, die komplexen fast schon jazzigen Songstrukturen und Soli. Dabei ist Destroy Erase Improve sehr viel eingängiger als die späteren Meisterwerke wie catch 33 und I. Die Stimme des Sängers ist gewohnt kraftvoll. Das ist wahrhaft aggressive Musik auf höchstem Niveau. Mit Meshuggah kann man nichts falsch machen. Nach und nach werde ich mir wohl alles von ihnen zulegen müssen.
